The role of the coach is to help you unlock those answers; to facilitate your journey towards overcoming those obstacles and achieving your personal, professional or relationship goals. 

This is a journey of self exploration, where the power is given back to YOU and the coach is merely the vehicle to helping you reach your end destination.
